hi, i'm tsion

i build the infrastructure good hiring runs on

ATS builds, recruiting analytics, and the recruitment automation underneath both

about me

portrait of tsion

i'm drawn to the parts of the system most people overlook. the steps everyone stopped questioning, the candidate who slips through the cracks, the tool that's all shine and no substance. i've learned to trust what i notice before i can explain it. then i go find the evidence to see if it holds.

before recruiting ops, i moved through nearly every corner of the people space (onboarding, events, employer brand, headcount, dashboards). that's why i can see the whole system at once.

the strongest operations i've created run on real, human trust. a pipeline is only as good as the people inside it: hiring managers who use it instead of working around it, candidates who feel looked after, recruiters freed to focus on only what they can do.

my job is to find the friction wherever it's slowing people down and clear it — so everyone can do their best work.

guiding principles

  • make what doesn't exist yet
  • build relationships like you build infrastructure
  • stay close to the craft
  • listen well, teach often
  • build for what outlasts you

how i work

  • define before you solvekill the assumptions, name who owns it
  • set the metric before you builddecide what success looks like and how you'll measure it
  • audit every stageknow what's working, what isn't, and why
  • decide what stays humanautomate the busywork, protect the judgment
  • build it, then test it liveput it in front of the people who'll actually use it
  • iterate based on evidencewhat's revealed decides what's next
